A while ago someone asked me if I could teach them how to meditate, unfortunately I am not a master of meditation... I like to meditate my own way, sometimes I will meditate for a minute and other times maybe an hour or more...My favorite place to meditate is in the bath or shower and when I am traveling... I also meditate whilst painting which can last for many hours ...I believe we are our greatest teachers when it comes to finding our own comfortable way to relax, meditate and clear the daily clutter we gather in our minds...
